Refund policy
All refunds require proof of purchase (online order or in store receipt)
All blankets returned that are not 100% clean will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee, or customer can choose to put said blanket on consignment
NO refunds after 30 days, in store credit only.
NO refunds on consignment items, in store credit only.
Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless item was damaged during transport or item is defective.
For damaged or defective items, we require photo proof.
Refund for purchases will be credited to original method of payment once item is returned to the store.
