Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped out in a timely fashion using reasonably priced courier at time of order. 
Couriers may be Canpar, Purolator, Canada Post or ICS courier. 
We are unable to ship feed, bedding or any bags of supplements over 20kg. 

For returns on items being returned due to incorrect size ordered or unwanted items, customer pays return shipping. 
For returns on items that are defective or damaged during transport, we require photos of the product, and we cover return shipping.
