Barefoot Treeless Saddles Physio Cushion is the extra underlay piece that comes with the Barefoot Physio Saddle Pads. It can be placed under a Barefoot Saddle Pad or with traditional saddle pads.
It gives you the option of adding inserts (not included) to your existing saddle pad. The all wool underside provides comfort for your horse's back. When you add inserts, it can also provide more back protection and wither clearance.
